Important: The following reservation request is for information purposes only and does NOT constitute a reservation!
You can only make a reservation after our positive feedback. Thank you for your understanding in advance!

We will notify you by email about other information and the payment of the deposit.

The reservation becomes final after the deposit/advance payment! The deposit is 50% of the accommodation fee. Please pay the other half of the reservation fee 7 days prior to arrival!

The apartment can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights.

Please indicate your intention to book at least 1 day prior to arrival!

We cannot accept dogs, cats, or small pets.

Our cancellation conditions

• The deposit will be refunded in case of cancellation up to 21 days prior to arrival.
• The cancellation fee for the 8th-20th days prior to arrival is the amount of the deposit.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival.
