To ensure a pleasant and undisturbed stay, please find the most important information below:
Check-in is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Please check out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
Failure to vacate the apartment by 11:00 AM will incur a surcharge of HUF 5,000 per hour.
In the event of an early departure, no refund of the accommodation fee will be provided.
Only the pre-arranged number of guests may stay at the accommodation.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. During this time, all guests have the right to a quiet rest.
The apartment is located in a residential building; therefore, we cannot take responsibility for disturbances caused by neighbors.
The host is entitled to check—without prior notice—whether the number of guests present matches the pre-booked and paid number of occupants.
Guests may only receive visitors with the prior knowledge and consent of the owner.
In case of lost keys, guests must notify the host immediately and reimburse the cost of the keys and the lock replacement.
Always lock the doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
The host is not liable for any financial damage or accidents resulting from improper use of the facilities.
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused by improper use. Such damage must be reimbursed directly to the host, and the guest may be required to leave the apartment immediately.
The host provides 24-hour telephone availability.
Should any problem arise regarding the apartment or room during your stay, please notify the host immediately. We cannot accept subsequent complaints after departure.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment! Smoking is only permitted outside the building.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
It is forbidden to rearrange the furniture in the apartment or rooms.
The apartment is handed over to guests in a clean condition. The price includes weekly cleaning, along with a change of bed linens and towels.
Upon request and for an extra charge, daily cleaning is available for HUF 5,000 per occasion, additional towel change: HUF 500, additional bed linen change: HUF 1,000.
Upon departure, the accommodation must be left in the same orderly and undamaged condition as it was upon arrival.
Please place your trash in the designated area upon departure. Replacement trash bags are provided.
We cannot take responsibility for personal belongings or valuables left in the accommodation.
When leaving the unit, please make sure to turn off all lights and electrical appliances (including the air conditioning) and turn off all taps.
